Fracking is on a roll in the U.S. and so are oil jobs. With the method of fracking existence in the oil and gas jobs, the employment rate has increased considerably.
Fracking according to a news article is the process of drilling deep within the earth’s surface to crack or fracture rock formations to gain access to oil and natural gas deposits. The employment for the fracking opportunities has been at a high and so have other oil and gas opportunities in Texas.
However, though fracking is on the demand in the U.S., mainly West Texas, there is a ban that was introduced in Danton, a town in North Texas.
Morris Burns, an oil expert in the above, in a NewsWest 9news video mentioned:
“It’s going to be very difficult to find that the city of Denton has the right to ban fracturing within its city limits. They’ve already agreed that they don’t have the right to ban drilling. You can’t forbid someone from capturing their minerals that they rightfully own.”
It has obviously not been a right choice to do fracking within the city limits considering the safety and precautions of the residents. You cannot however ignore the fact that it provides employment and opportunities to the people who are looking for opportunities in their home area.
