There are few oil and gas companies who have started offering sponsorship programs to aspirants who are interested in starting a career in the oil and gas industry.

Noble Energy is one of the few companies who has invested a quarter of a million dollars in  scholarships for universities to students who want to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry. According to Sonny Busch from Noble Energy on a news channel:

“People in this area are so important for the success of our industry. If we don’t develop the local resource, which is the people to fill the jobs and the positions that we have, we will never be successful as an industry.”

There are a lot of people who have benefited from these programs and have successfully managed to get the jobs that interests and benefits them in their long term career goals. The terminology and the practical offered during the course has benefited them to make a mark in today’s booming industry.
